PD Circle-Supportive Group Coaching for Parkinson’s
Living with Parkinson’s is a journey-and you don’t have to walk it alone. My PD Circle is small-group coaching that combines safe movement, mindset support, and community connection. It’s designed to help you build strength, balance, confidence, and joy-all at your own pace, with me guiding every step.

As a Certified PWR!Moves instructor, I’ll guide you to take control of your health through fitness specifically designed for Parkinson’s Disease.
We’ll focus on building strength, reducing motor & non motor symptoms, improving movement and balance as we build neuroplasticity.

Metabolic healing and exercise gave me my back my power and eventually my life. I reclaimed what was stolen.

PWR! Moves Membership Plan Overview
Launch Date: Free May Classes starting Monday 18th. Regular Memberships begin June 1st should you choose to join.
Structure:
Frequency: Twice-weekly live Zoom classes 45 minutes-warm-up, PWR! Moves amplitude training, balance/posture, cool-down/breath).
Coming: Late Summer/September
Cap:10-12 committed spots per class (intimate, personalized form checks/modifications for PD symptoms: tremor, rigidity, bradykinesia, balance).
Duration: Ongoing monthly membership (recurring or annual prepay-you choose)
