Hi, I’m Mimi Morgan—a 71-year-old wellness coach who’s lived the journey of healing and transformation.
After facing Parkinson’s, RA, a stroke, and more, I went from barely walking with a cane to deadlifting 135 lbs and training for the 500-mile Camino de Santiago.
My “Just 10 More Steps” philosophy—small, purposeful actions every day—helped me rediscover vitality, and now it’s my joy to guide others (especially those over 50) to be their best selves regardless of the challenges they face.
