My Journey: From overcoming rheumatoid arthritis, a 6-year Parkinson’s/MSA suspect diagnosis, a stroke, and spinal MRSA to thriving with resilience and vitality at 71—fuels my passion for empowering others to build strength and confidence.

My Lifestyle: Strength training, movement and cardio, quality sleep, steadfast faith and a daily determination to do hard things has built a spirit of incredible resilience.

Camino: From barely walking 10 steps with a cane, I’m now training to walk 500 miles across Spain, completing the Camino de Santiago in Spring 2027.

I design personalized fitness plans and tailored nutrition strategies (low-carb, keto, or carnivore) to help clients build resilience, unlock their potential, and embrace a fulfilling, active life.
