This streamlined program includes three 50-minute Zoom coaching sessions (Weeks 1,3,4), a customized low-carb, keto or carnivore meal plan with a few batch-preparable recipes and macro guidance, plus a simple 4-week cardio/walking program to start you on your “Just 10 Steps” to a healthier you. Week 2 is intentionally session-free so you can fully implement the meal plan and cardio/walking program on your own. Building self-reliance is key, week 3 and 4, we’ll fine tune so you can grow.
